Women's Tennis Hosts South Carolina State
The College of Charleston women’s tennis team is set to face South Carolina State on April 17. CofC enters the match with a 15-8 overall record, while SC State holds 12-4.

In 2024, SC State’s Sofiya Chursina and Semlali Hind claimed a doubles victory with a 6-2 win over Francesca Salvato and Halli Trinkle. However, College of Charleston dominated the other doubles matches: Anna Neyestani and Oziera Ahmad defeated Nalanda Silva and Teodora Vujicic 6-1, while Peyton Brotzman and Jaiden Mckee took down Rachida Berjane and Feriel Mahbouli 6-3.
Singles play was evenly matched, with both teams winning three apiece. SC State’s Chursina, Hind, and Silva secured wins, while CofC’s Ahmad, Brotzman, and Salvato also finished with victories.
